Visual Interest

Blake pulled all the old galvanized water line out of the floor in the bathroom. Then he replaced all of it with new copper lines. The water pressure in the bathtub is quite an improvement now!
He sanding for what seemed like days. There was drywall dust everywhere.
This is with the first coat of primer. It is amazing the difference a uniform color makes on a room. The pink ceiling has two coats of primer and a coat of paint and you can still see pink peeking through. We will have to coat it at least one more time.
Yes the walls are gray. They look just like the drywall we just painted. But I think it will look really nice.
Blake and Todd laid the Ditra down first. It was definitely orange.
After about 10 hours of tiling. Blake and Todd finished! Lone day for all of us I think. But I think that it looks great. I can't believe that we are finally getting to a "normal" bathroom after a year of living in construction.
Again another photo of the floor and platform where the tub goes.
